Posh Chocolat is a creation of culinary talents, a little bit of love (awe), a dash of money and some international flair. Born in January 2005, the little shop is officially reached the 5 year milestone. The shop has expanded from chocolates and pastries to fabulous crepes and warm curry pork. Throughout the years Posh has been supplying Missoula with artisanal truffles, earned regional recognition from the Seattle Chocolate Salon; bringing home a combined 23 awards and Ana and Jason were recently recognized in the top chefs in Missoula.
The celebration took place on February 1st, 2010. Colorful balloons flew from the sandwich board and the shop was bustling with people enjoying champagne truffles and the sipping chocolate with Tipu's Chai. (an addicting concoction of rich hot chocolate and authentic Indian spices) People young and old came to celebrate! Some of the regulars dropped by to pick up their eclairs and new faces came to gaze upon the truffle case. We are very thankful for all of the support we have received and proud of the success of the shop. We hope the next five years allows us to share our love of chocolate, well not only chocolate but food, coffee and VW buses! Thanks Missoula and party on!
