Santa's Elves

Smells of chocolate, truffle mousse cakes, and hot chocolate fill the air. It is December in Missoula and Posh Chocolat has lost it's head. Jason Willenbrock (owner/chocolatier) is running between chocolate and the sesame chicken wrap to go, while Ana Willenbrock (owner/chocolatier) is keeping her cool baking pastries and filling the truffle case. Poshies are feeling the pressure between building the boxes, filling the orders, and catering to the line of customers. But hey, it is Christmas time at a chocolate shop, what else would you expect. Being busy this time of year is what they live for. Online orders are going out daily all across the country from the shipping department downstairs. Our bright orange boxes are filled with collections of truffles, artisan sea salt caramels, Tipu's Chai chocolate bars etc... This quaint little shop functions as a post office, mini Brasserie, coffee shop and most importantly an artisan chocolate shop. Through all of this madness of the season of giving, there is always a hot batch of Hot Chocolate churning in the warm little shop nestled next to the historic Wilma theater.
